"Hotel and room were great. My complaint is I feel the staff should have enforced some things. It was a very busy weekend. The first issue was 7am a little kid screaming and yelling down the hallway. The adults were using the lobby as a hangout and was extremely loud. They just let the little one run around all crazy yelling and screaming. The second issue is they did not enforce kids having an adult with them in the pool. My husband and I took our 4 year old to the pool and there were 3 girls in there. The three of them proceeded to use extremely bad language. I kindly asked how old they were and they said 12. I then asked where their parents were and with an attitude was told upstairs and why. I told them they are supposed to be 16 with no supervision and I don't appreciate them using the language they were using in front of my 4 year old. They continued the disrespect so I went to the desk and told the employee. They watched them on camera and said they would take care of it. I thanked them as they were picking up the phone and went back to the pool. Well a few minutes later here came the girls with what seemed like maybe an older sister. In their hurrying to get to their room they must have forgotten something. They were disrespectful some more and clearly the apple doesn't fall far from the tree because the older girl that came back with them didn't do anything about it. They probably needed another staff member on duty. All the pool towels were gone so another staff person would have been helpful. In the morning, the breakfast station was out of control. None of the kids were accompanied by an adult. They were shoving in front of others and being disrespectful. So again more staff would have been helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and fresh, the pool and hot tub were perfect. The common areas in the hotel were nicely done, and we used them a few times during our stay. The breakfast was prefect they offer lots of selections. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be visiting this hotel again when we stay in this area."

"We stayed at this hotel because it a cheaper close option to Treetops resort. The hotel seems new. It is clean. We got a double queen bedroom, it was spacious, clean, and even the house keeper left us a note. Breakfast was good, lots of options. They even have waffle and pancake machines. The only reason I don’t give it higher rating is because when we checked in, the front desk receptionist could have been more friendly. No hello, no welcome. Just “are you checking in?”, “ID and credit card”. Overall nice stay, and I will be returning."

"Loved everything about this hotel. I'm a super freak about cleanliness and I can tell you this place is up to my standards. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The employees, the food, the pool, hot tub and rooms. This is the place to stay and I will definitely be back!!"

"Fantastic property. Excellent location. Very attractive appearance outside and inside. Nice parking lot. Beautiful entry and lobby. We were warmly greeted. ALL staff is extremely kind, helpful. You feel like family. Rooms are wonderful, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Even had gluten free waffles! Can't wait to stay there again. Very reasonable price."
