"I don’t find this hotel worthy of its 3 star rating at all. The hotel seams dated and in need of a paint job. There might as well be no fitness center as it was seriously lacking In amenities and space to move. In visiting some of the areas 2 star hotels they smelled better, were newer or updated, and had better amenities. I expect more from Hilton."
"We were taking a road trip to pick up my mother on Friday night, and we became so tired so we decided upon Hampton Inn. The Front Desk lady was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed this location, and if needing the opportunity again, I would stay here again."
"Room was clean. Bathrooms were a little rundown but love that they had big bottles of shampoo, soap lotion, etc. Breakfast food was standard but I appreciated that they had a lot of options. Loved the Halloween decorations and table of very creatively decorated pumpkins done by the staff that you could vote for."
"We've never had a problem staying at a Hampton Inn by Hilton however this time when we walked into our hotel room we noticed that there wasn't any trash bags in the garbage cans, the floors weren't swept or vacuumed, one of the beds have a stain on it, there's not makeup wipes or bar soap, the pull out table is dirty, didn't restock the coffee, coffee cups, silverware, sugar, and teabags. The only thing in the coffee area is decafe coffee. The TV is disgusting. I feel like all they did was make the beds. We stayed at a Hampton in the UP the night before with no issues and they had everything. I went downstairs to inform the front desk clerk of all of these issues and she was very dismissing of everything and handed me makeup wipes and 2 "garbage bags". They were ice bucket bags. Asked me if we had toilet paper and towels which we did. I asked if we could get a new room because this is disgusting and she replied with "we don't have any other rooms available" and dismissed me."
"Stayed here after driving up north to go to boyne mt because it was convenient. The hotel is dated and the rooms were dirty and grimey. The breakfast was also a small area and children in wet dripping bathing suits were touching it all."
