"My family of 6 (kids ages 9, 7, 3 and 1) had a great time at TreeTops. Extreme tubing was a huge hit with the older kids. Everyone loved swimming. Skiing was also great. Shout out to ski instructor Willow who was amazing with my 3 year old! We also went on the guided snowshoe tour which was a lot of fun. Hotel and restaurant staff were all so accommodating and nice! Rooms and pool area could use some updating but otherwise great!"

"My son and his friend took part in Extreme Tubing over President’s Day weekend. We reserved the first time slot (10:00 AM) and were really happy with the experience. It was a beautiful morning and the weather was perfect. All of the people we interacted with were great and the boys really enjoyed the two different tubing runs. As there were not a ton of people in the first time slot, they were able to make several runs down the hill. A few informational items can be found below. - Make sure you make reservations (online) for the time slot you want. - Make sure to complete the waiver online before you arrive. Will make the registration process much quicker. - Make sure, parents, to enjoy the fire pit that is setup at the top of tubing hill! - Make sure to say a big “Thank you” to the workers who make the whole experience enjoyable! - The tubing hills and registration booth are on the north end of the Treetops Inn. There was plenty of parking and it is a very short walk from the parking lot to the hills."

"Overall this was a great mini 3 night vacation for 2 adults/2 teens. The people working in the rental shop and ski school were helpful and kind. The older gentleman who rented my skis took the time to ask me questions (like about my experience level and whether I cared more about speed or control) and made attentive adjustments to my ski length and boot locks. My son and I had a fantastic lesson with Willow, who is the manager but rose to the occasion and gave lessons all day on Sunday, because there was such a demand and she genuinely seemed to care about families having a great experience, so rather than turn people away, she jumped in and booked her whole day (kudos to her assistant who also rose to the occasion and ran the desk). And the tubing guys!!! So fun! The way you are treated matters a lot, so I am grateful to all these front facing people working the slopes. I do think that the pool situation at the Lodge needs some adjustments. There is no bathroom or changing room (one toilet waaaaay down the hall), so you KNOW all those little kids are peeing in the pool. There was a sea of sopping wet towels all over the floor around the pool you had to walk through, which was partly because some people don’t clean up after themselves, but also partly because there seemed to be no staff tending to the pool. It was kind of a gross situation. We ate most of our meals in our chalet (had to get creative with just a stove top) but did drop into the restaurants to warm up and have snacks-they were nice; the halfway cafe was rowdy in a fun way. High chance we will return here in the future."

"If you are looking for a fun place to take the kids during the winter, we couldn't recommend Treetops more! The tubing was incredible (Johnny the tornado is the best)! We had a wonderful snowshoe hike with bonfires, hot cocoa, and smores. And our kids snowboarded for the first time with the help of a lesson! All of the waitstaff was wonderful at the restaurants and we felt very taken care of!!"

"Treetops is a nice resort with great hills for skiing and snowboarding. Our room was a bit dated but very big and had a couch, dining area, mini kitchen area and king size bed. The room faced some trees and the view was very pretty. The outdoor hot tub was great too! My husband is a skier and I am not, so I was looking forward to lounging somewhere comfy with a book. The place where they used to have a lounge got turned into a restaurant. The restaurant was very good, but I really miss having a place with comfy chairs where you can curl up with a book and get some hot chocolate for non-skiers. The sports bar is too loud and uncomfortable for reading. I hope they consider bringing this back because it would make a huge difference to those of us who can't ski."
