"Not happy with this big black dog jumping all over you when you come to visit. That dog is going to bite a little child soon. Also grass is so burned out and dry with no rain and people smoking.. and no hose or water turned on outside in case of a fire. Now THERE'S a lawsuit for ya!!"

"Welcome to green meadows, where it looks great until you’re inside. My downstairs neighbor is missing carpet in a bedroom which is also full of mold due to flooding and nobody will take care of it. Let’s also add that it is summer time and the weather is hot and humid, but don’t worry, you’ll have better luck going to the beach to cool off than relying on the air conditioning they won’t fix even though there are 3 kids in the home which could potentially leave them with heat stroke. Or when they choose to ignore your requests to have things done until you annoy them about it. Or when you tell them when you can ph the rent based on when you get paid and they still send you eviction notices. Health code violations are raging out here, but if you wanna live here; be our guest ;)"

"It's funny how my review was deleted and all of the managers "friends" posted 5 stars. I still remember being told when I worked their to give a 5 star review for working their buy upper management. After they allowed a tenant who fights, does drugs to lie about me and wrongfully terminate after a slip and fall. Domt rent there full of mold and management doesnt care about their tenants unless your like the above mentioned."

"The place looked and seemed decent, took them 2 months over the time they gave us for move in, our apartment was never shown to us before lease signing. Not only was the apartment not shown but, we have windows that wont close, no screens in half of our windows, a filter in our furnace that was two years old and so dirty our vents would not put out air, stab marks in the master bathroom and door, toilets only held down by loads of caulk and my 60 lb son tipped over the toilet while using it. Clogged sinks and tubs, blinds that are too small for our windows and fall if you even look at them. Those are only some of the issues. The outside of the buildings are so nasty and the dumpster is constantly overflowing and garbage blowing around the property. Drug paraphanalia such as roaches from joints and random pills where my children can access them on the property outside. Our apartment is so hard to heat or keep warm do to unsealed windows and we can see outside around our door. The walls and ceilings are so thin you hear your neighbours snore. Thats not even half of the issues. Maintenance sucks and so does the office."
