"I managed this place for 5 years and gladly left over two years ago. I could not get Paul to fix the mold problem and he rarely came up to take care of repairs. Toward the end, I tried reporting the mold to the local authorities and they just turned a blind eye. He replaced me with Kelly and I'm not surprised to read the review by this person (see copied review below), it could not have been said better! I wish more people would speak up. Kelly was a problem then with gossip and I see still is. "do not rent or stay here!!! this place is full of black mold and the landlord refuses to make repairs or take care of the property. the manager will tell other tenants your personal business, shes nice to your face but then talks badly about everyone! his name is paul with pjg enterprises out of scottsville mi, her name is kelly shes the so called manager of this dump!!!""
