"My mother in law and I recently went in for tile samples for the first time since this location opened and we loved how neat, clean and organized it was! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! And then when we went back for the tile we decided on the next day, Luis was amazing! He helped us grab all of the huge, heavy tiles that we needed, he patiently helped us figure out what kind of edging we needed and he even stayed with us to load it all in the car for us! We will definitely be back for every future remodel and renovation project, and recommend this location to everyone we know! Thanks Luis! A+ Service!"

"I recently purchased over 4k worth of beautiful bamboo floors, and I am thrilled with the product – highly recommend it. However, my experience with the sales associate, Hunter, was disappointing. His disrespectful behavior left me with a negative impression. Despite this, the quality of the bamboo floors overshadows the customer service hiccup. I recommend the product but hope the store addresses the need for better customer service."

"Tips: 1) Make an appointment online with their designer Jerry 2) Jerry is amazing, super personable, and goes above and beyond (helped locate assistance from Jawan after our purchase to finish the 5 star experience) 3) Jawan assisted Jerry in loading the flooring purchased onto the cart THEN helped load the flooring into the car without hesitation 10/10 . 5 Star Experience. PS: Immediately greeted upon entering and asked twice if we needed any help as we were browsing throughout the store. Huge store . Great Prices. Customer Service driven Staff."

"we visited store 09/02/23 Clean ,store seemed organized . No associates stopped to ask if I needed any help. we walked around for a few minutes. Finally I approached a woman , Olga, And asked were I could locate Butcher block . I informed here I saw a specific size only and it showed a store qty of 3 . She stated "Let me check the warehouse" AND just started to walk off. we kind of followed her. we were confused were to stand or wait after a few minutes of waiting and multiple associates walking by . We finally had an employee ask us what was up , Appeared to get on a radio but just walked off . Olga finally returned with a cart and was stating she had to get a forklift and yadda yadda yadda. I think you need a little more focus on the customer . Yes I did what they asked . Seems to me They could have done the foot work instead I did it for them.... Strange .... visited store again October 8 still about the same no associates approached me had to approach. The only associate I saw was at the register. She then told me to walk over to an aisle that there were two guys putting away returns and ask them for assistance we did so kid went back picked up butcher block I needed brought it out to us and we left. Still not very impressed with customer support at this location. Added two more pictures showing the sparseness of associates willing to help."

"New store located in Clermont Fla just opened. There's a great selection of tile and flooring to choose from and a step up from Home Depot and Lowes. Supplies for the do it yourselfers are abundant. There is a good selection of bathroom faucets, kitchen faucets, bathroom mirrors and towel bars. Unfortunately this store does not sell cabinet hardware not sure if any of the F.D stores do. Instore designers are available to help with choices and appointments are recommended for that service. Hannah was very helpful to us in that department and we did go with her recommendation for our kitchen backsplash tile. We did inquire about delivery and found this to be on the expensive side. From that location in Clermont to The Villages (about 30 miles) for Twenty boxes of tile and odds and ends for install was over 400 dollars so I loaded it into my jeep and brought it with me. Before heading back home I did have to go to the other Floor and Decor in Orlando 20+ miles east hwy 50 because the brand new store didn't have but 10 of the 20 boxes of the tile and that was disappointing for a NEW store thats only been open for a week to be low in stock. Over all I'm glad they are so close to The Villages but they need to work on those delivery charges, wow."
