Lowe's Home Improvement

"This is by far the greatest Home Improvement store in Florida. I'm serious. I've been going to Home Depot's and Lowe's for the last 5 years all over FL - nowhere else even comes close to the team they have working here. The aisles/shelves are clean and well labeled - with an enormous selection of items within the store footprint. Every single member of staff treats you with respect and kindness, ensuring that nobody feels foolish for asking the simplest of questions. People genuinely seem to enjoy working here and always offer to help when asked. The store isn't super crowded or busy constantly, which is also a nice bonus. This isn't specific to just one area of the store either. I've had nothing but entirely positive experiences with the garden, lighting, paint, customer service, management and appliance teams over the last four weeks. The only extremely minor gripe is the pricing on some of the items. It can feel a little high and I've seen that there are fluctuations depending on what store you visit. However, it's also likely not set by the team within the store - which is why I don't feel as though they should be penalized for this in any review. Despite the minor concern about pricing, the unparalleled customer service, extensive product selection, and welcoming atmosphere more than compensate, making this Lowe's my go-to for home improvement needs. It's evident that the management and staff here are not just about sales but genuinely care about providing a positive shopping experience and contributing to the community. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality home improvement products and exceptional service."

"Very disappointed with the prices, went to the Lowes on US HWY50 for an article that was sold out and the guy sent me to the other store on cagan crossing 10 minutes away because they still had it. Well the article was 7 dollars more because is was another “zone” even though both stores are in Clermont."

"Sonya and another very kind lady at the sales register helped me find and wrap the pot of this beautiful Christmas palm tree in plastic to prevent the dirt from falling out in the car. Sonya very carefully helped me put this huge tree in my SUV. Please show them my picture of how perfect it looks on my lanai. Both ladies deserve much praise for their kind and friendly helpfulness!!! Thank you ladies and Lowe’s for your wonderful customer service as Always!!!!"

"I scheduled an interview at this location, arrived slightly early and checked in with the return center staff. The hiring manager Brandon was notified. 5 minutes past my scheduled time, he acknowledged me and said he’d be with me in a minute. I waited 22 minutes past my scheduled interview time and he never returned. At that point, the situation felt very disrespectful of my time and I let the staff know that I would be withdrawing my interest in working for Lowes and left. Had he made the effort to at the very least call and apologize or reschedule, I may have reconsidered. Hopefully they treat their current employees with more respect than prospective ones."

"Been standing in the halloween section for 20 minutes not a single employee offered to help me. Lowes you do realize people have better things to do then stand here all day?
