"Went yesterday for a quick pick up item, but had never been to the store and was curious/unfamiliar with where things were so decided to walk around and look to get familiar if i ever needed to stop in again. As I was looking at several variations of an item on the shelf trying to make a decision which one to purchase, three employees minutes apart came down the isle giving me the feeling that I was under surveillance as if I was a shop lifter. Not one offered any assistance. This felt strange as if I was being watched like a criminal instead of a customer, not very friendly. Just before leaving the store I asked the cashier if they priced matched competitor's, she referred the question to the store Mgr. who replied “not amazon or any online retailer, also the item has to be an EXACT match, but its up to the Mgrs discretion” . I completely understand this, but the way it was said at the end “Mgrs Discretion” sounded like there really was no price-match, so in that case just say you don’t and save the confusion please. All in all I absolutely believe in supporting small business’ including franchised ones, however with this one unfortunately do to this experience I’ll drive the extra couple miles to the big box stores and even save a little money doing so."
