Walmart Supercenter

"This is an awesome Walmart! Only problem I was looking for Cotton Candy Chap Stick and the aisle listed said it was on an aisle that really meant it could be on ANY of the check out rows, including self check. I looked, several check out ladies helped me look but I couldn't find one. I was checking out and one of them came rushing over and held up one cotton candy chapstick, the one and only left in the store. All of the employees were so helpful trying to point me in the right direction then a few began helping me look more closely in the area they should be. I highly recommend this Walmart. It's much bigger than most of the ones we see at home in Illinois and on our travels. But most of all every employee that I encountered was helpful and friendly and I appreciated it very much!"

"Didn't have my dogfood. This is the third location I've gone to looking for it. Not impressed with Walmart these days. They were once a great place to shop, and browse for an hour maybe longer, now I grab what I need and can't get out fast enough! Guess I'm going back to Publix"

"I live right across but I choose to go to the other one like 40 minutes away in Kissimmee. But I decided to try this one by me on Saturday @1pm 02/09 to get 2 front tires the man say about 30 minutes to an hour. I was there till 4:30 I went outside and ask my car hasn’t been touch yet the guy said no. So basically I sit for hours waiting on my that they didn’t even attempt to touch. I was so annoyed. I was took my groceries and left. Horrible service"

"Took my vehicle here for an oil change and waited about an hour which is not terrible. But then saw on my receipt that they charged me for an oil filter. When I asked why I was being charged he said I have to have a speciality oil filter cause I have a Toyota 4 Runner. I laughed and said you have never charged me in the past and he said nothing and continued to charge me! I was so mad I paid and left. When I went home I noticed a large oil leak in my driveway. So I took it back and asked the cashier for the manager and he said he wasn’t here. So I waited a few minutes and the manager showed up. I showed him that they charged me for an oil filter and it says in the prices above his head that it was supposed to be included. He took it off. But it took to me having to come back because they messed up to get them to take it off. I will never go back there again. Cashier this old man with long grey hair was the worst. Just 100% nasty. Watch your charges here. If you add other charges to anyone you should tell them before servicing the vehicle."

"Good store but awful customer service. You will get a better greeting at the cashier if you use a self checkout lane (computer are nicer). It's Xmas time, and customers are the lifeblood of any business. Someone with the authority to make changes should look into this."
