"I had not been in Michael's until today. Very hard to find my item...a piggy bank! I did not realize they are not easy to find in stores. On line, yes. But with help from customers in the store and getting a lady worker, they helped me find a white piggy bank and paint to have my 6 year old decorate it herself. I made some friends and a store with wonderful ideas to learn/teach others by making them come to life with different ideas! I appreciate all the help from store workers and kind customers."

"I ordered items online and the order was completely wrong when I picked it up. An item showed in stock online but was not put in my bag when I picked up. I spoke with an associate named Ava and she said that there were none. I checked myself and found an entire row of the item. Then I told her that other items were wrong and she just looked clueless when I asked her if she can look up the item so I can check it for myself. Thank goodness for another associate Patti helped me find the the right items and checked me out. What was suppose to be a quick pick up ended up being a 15 minute visit to Michael's. Ava looked completely annoyed with my questions. More associates like Patti are needed at that store."
