"My battery can't be replaced because it was already replaced under warranty last year. Within two years, there seems to be an issue with my battery. I didn't receive good service. Mr. Steve put me in a difficult position, provided unclear orientation to the customer, and only addressed the issue under the authority of the store manager after 20 years. I won't return to buy there"

"3.5 - 4 stars. Very nice workers. The only issue I had is that I purchased a battery and told them I had tax exemption for the purchase. The manager told me I had to come back with the paper (although I did have it on my phone) and I would be credited back the tax amount. Went back and was told I had to wait for a manager to do it. Went back again and the manager (the same one that was there the 1st time) entered the info that I could have given them day 1. He then told me that I couldn't use my tax exemption for the past purchase but could use it next time. That didn't sit well with me. I was advised by a former worker (not the same location), to reach out to the district manager. Other than that, I haven't had any issues. The store is set up well and doesn't look run down like some others. Convenient location for me. Seems to be a safe atmosphere, also."

"I had my battery changed today! The younger gentleman was helpful and friendly at the check out, Thank you ! The two older gentleman’s who are installing the battery give me excellent service, they were professional, friendly and efficient ! Thank you so much. A++++ experience!"

"Went in for a warranty replacement battery at this location. Previously, I called a different location to check the status of the warranty. Thought everything was good to go as explained to me. When I walked in expecting one thing, was given unfortunate info that warranty was actually expired by a few weeks. I explained what was stated to me by another associate at the other location and even called the location to see what was the issue. Ultimately, yes the warranty was in indeed expired. The store manager Steven however still gave me a great deal and amazing customer service as he knew that I was given bad info. He still took care of me. Just want to say thank you when indeed he didn't have to and took care of the issue. Thank you Steven."

"What an amazing service as soon as I walk in I got the attention from everyone saying hi to me and what they can do for me. I just got simple wiper blades put it in the service and the experience is a reason why I’m writing here thank you for all you guys do for your employees. We need more employees like this now days you got another customer"
