"I am a regular customer or this location and tonight needed to get another flower pot for my yard the same one I purchased from here before. Unlucky enough they have the pot but it is “damaged” so I ask the cashier I really need the same pot, do you discount for the damages? The girl at the front cash was super nice and all their employees are very kind and helpful. She called for the manager twice and it took Mr. Giuseppe 10 min to come from the back of the store to the front counter to tell me that this is the way pots come and you like it or not. Very disappointed with that customer service from a manager and I had no choice but to get the pot in another color. I am only giving one star bcs the front cashier was beyond nice and patient."
"Had a horrible experience, I use to love home goods and spend a lot of money there, but until today I will never be back. I bought a 60$ picture frame that had damage and the manager was a lady I did not catch her name she was horrible she shouldn't be a manager because that is not how you care for customers concerns on any purchase. She was willing to take 2$ off which is so funny to me because 10% off is 6$ and said the damage wasn't worth 10% off..... she said the damage wasn't enough for 6$, they checked for another one in store they didn't have one and still not willing to take 6$ off so I left it. But I hope nobody runs into this experience but I wouldn't go here ever again."
"This location is small and cramped. It felt more like walking through a flea market than an actual store. They didn't really have anything that I was looking for. I only found one type of acrylic shelves that looked and felt cheap but cost more than the ones I found on Amazon. One shelf here costs $16.99 and you can get a set of 4 of on Amazon for $28 making them $7 each. I don't plan on coming back to this location. It's a disorganized mess of clutter."
