"Love this target! I ordered through the bakery for my son’s 4th birthday and they did the best job with a pull apart cake. I spoke with Sarah and she made sure everything was taken care of for me. The only downside, is that when I picked up the cake in the morning at the time I told them, (10-11am) no one was working at the Bakery so I ended up asking one of the employees from the Deli to assist me."
"Laura, the cashier, made sure she treated us differently than other customers. She did not greet us, but then proceeded to great the guest right behind me. This is apparently the “type” of low lives Target, Clermont employs. Sloppy and rude. Do better."
"I ordered a set of cups that was sold out at my target to be picked up from the clermont store and it gave a two hour time slot to be picked up. It took me a little more than 30 minutes to get there and I went up to the bar to pick them up. I didn’t think it would take long because it was literally one set of cups. When I went to the service counter the lady told me that it wasn’t ready yet and that it would be closer to two hours. She also said that I could just go buy it in the store and cancel the order. They didn’t have the color cups I wanted out, so I figured they had some in storage that they were gonna use for my order. I was frustrated but I ended up walking around with my boyfriend trying to kill time. We walked around for 30 minutes and when we started to walk back up to the counter to see if it was ready yet I got an email saying that they didn’t have any more of the cups I ordered and it was cancelled. I was beyond frustrated that I wasted almost an hour driving out here and waiting for the order and I didn’t even get it in the end. We also got some target brand cheese sticks to snack on for the ride home and when I opened the bag it stunk like sulfur. So for my time I got bad food, wasted gas, and not even the cups I ordered."
"Went to Optical for an eye appointment. I was taken care of by Donasia. She was professional patient and kind. She made this a terrific experience and I found great eyeglasses. The whole staff was lovely. Went shopping afterward and was taken care of by another hard working cashier. Five star experience today. Thanks Target!"
