"I have been calling for over a month to speak with someone about an apartment for my mother. No one ever answers. I booked an appointment online and got no response. I even went in to speak with someone. I could hear people in the office, but no one answered the door when I knocked. Residents that were walking by told me that it is always like this, and that you can never get in contact with management. It’s sickening and beyond ridiculous."
