"Lived here for 5 years. At first, this place was amazing (it was our first apartment) but over the years, things started going downhill. Management changes quite often, but the current management (Feb. 2023) seems very good. One HUGE problem is cockroaches. Entire BUILDINGS are infested. It is a constant struggle to deal with them. Only way to fix it would be to tent a building. The maintenance team is overworked. Just two guys (one has been there for 5 years+) and they're tasked with EVERYTHING. Price used to be decent, but started to go up with no real reason other than "the economy." Our apartment jumped $230/month with no improvements. It used to be a good neighborhood, but now it's gotten to the point where there is just loud music constantly, people revving their cars and fireworks. Lots of good memories here - hopefully this new management can clean up what the prior has messed up."

"Where do I start??? This has been the worst experience of my life. Am a veteran and you would think having a veteran manager would help right? No!!! I have roaches literally climbing my walls from the apartment downstairs!!! Pest control comes almost every week and nothing or let me say zero change. Now these roaches have eggs behind them. Uggghhhh!!!!! I keep telling management to have my neighbor downstairs open the door and let pest control in. NOTHING!!! I have cameras and every time pest control goes there they don’t open the door. But I can clearly hear them. Mexican family. Am so glad am moving out. I hear gunshots almost every night and actually one of the MAINTANCE men confirmed there is a GANG(Mexican) living here. With tattoos all over their faces. Yes I have seen them and I was very friendly with them not knowing who they were. Found out 6 months later. Shay was awesome the previous management was AWESOME. Good luck to whoever is moving in soon."

"I've been living in the greens for almost 11 yrs and its a great place to live. We have had many different owners but First Communities has done more than any other owner has. They are fast with work orders. It's just been a great experience so far with them! Shay is a blessing she's great and Ivan is a wonderful manager and he's doing a great job!"

"Positive: Administrator is easy to speak with and very polite. Priced ok... I think there are better alternatives in the area Surrounding areas are good. Negative: There is a cockroach problem, which is terrible. No matter how clean the apartment is kept and how much repellent is used, you will still see one or two roaming around. When I moved in, before I completely sealed the apartment and did a deep clean, it used to have so many!! Gross!! I would caution on the smell of the apartment too. It’s an old building and I had to buy air purifiers. The ducts have also probably not been cleaned. The A/C has not been working for over a week and there’s no fix yet. Had two packages stolen from home before. A lot of neighbors smoke and it seeps into the apartment. I heard gunshots around 2AM and then an ambulance and cop in the AM... ?!?! Sketchy. The kitchen floor is rotten in one area and literally sinking! One day I may end up in my neighbors apartment unexpectedly lol! I can visibly see mold in the kitchen. You may save some money here, but not worth it."

"WOW!! Very impressed with the renovations. They look brand new but you get the best of both worlds with the older apartments and.the newly built. These have all the wonderful finishes of new but also you get the larger space amd the awesome closet space . Check it out if in the market of a new apartment home. And the community manager could not be a nicer more professional person. She is awesome and is a true reflection of where this community is in regards to accepting only awesome."
