"Update: Corporate office did an excellent job with assisting me with this issue. I can report that I have not had any pest issues since my transfer. The first week I moved in I started to see pest and the issue has gotten worse. I’ve communicated on a weekly basis with the office and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. This has been a complete nightmare."

"Lived her since 2018 & it’s 2023 now. The property manager is professional, honest and on top of everything friendly. She gets it done & It is clean here! I don’t want to walk outside and see trash in front of apartments and here n there I see it. But it is not allowed here. The property, steps, breezeways are Clean! It may be pricey but upkeep is pricey. This is convenient to everything. Stores, Mall, Working out, Braves stadium. I rarely call maintenance because nothing breaks or is cheap in the apartment. If you do have a maintenance issue it is fixed immediately. Overall I have 0 complaints still 9/29/23"

"My time living here wasn’t the best experience, from noise complaints to pests issues, and that wall is so thin , I could hear my neighbors flushing their toilet or taking a shower. Leaving two stars because the location is in the heart of Smyrna, close to the Braves stadium and Cumberland mall! A very lovely location."

"I have done a lot of research within apartments in Smyrna and Marietta before choosing this apartment. Among all the apartments i have been to, there aren't many apartments which are kept as clean as Avonlea Square. I was really impressed during the tour itself. Moved into this apartment last year and has been a very pleasant experience till now. There are a lot of PRO's associated with this apartment 1. Apartment is kept very clean always. The area is well maintained. I would partly also like to compliment the residents here because they do not keep their trash outside the house and keep the society cleaner. 2. The roads are well paved and ample parking spots available. 3. Maintenance has been top notch till now. I have never had any problems the last one year, but the one time i had an issue with an appliance they fixed it within couple of hours of raising a complaint. 4. Rent payment is transparent and online and there are no hidden charges or penalties. 5. The leasing people have been very nice to residents. They made the move-in process smooth last year. I hope this would be the case if i move-out as well, although i intend to stay in this apartment for a while. 6. There are also a lot of community activities which is being planned which is quite refreshing. 7. The swimming pool is always functioning and the resident gym is also pretty well maintained. 8. I haven't seen a single bug in the apartment during the one year stay which is amazing. The only wish i would say is if they had also provided with an in-house W/D, that would have worked better. Also, a bigger children's park and at-least one tennis court would have been nice. But no complaints. The rent is slightly high - but for the area and the facilities provided, it was expected. Almost all the Avonlea apartments i have been to (Square, Creekside, Riverside), they have given me the same feels. If you are planning to move to Smyrna, this apartment should be on top of your list."

"We moved to this apt in Dec'17. This society is around 1.5 yrs old, so all equipment in the apt are brand new. From that point, our utility bills are very less. E.g. For 2BHK electric charges $60.00. Whenever I placed any request, within 24hrs it was taken care of. They change AC filter periodically. The whole day we get sunlight in all rooms. There is no need of keeping lights on during daytime. Huge nos. of parking spots. Another best thing is, there is not much up-down roads with in the society. It's almost like plain land. There are so many societies in Smyrna, where you have to put hand break while you park your car or very dangerous because of so many big trees. This society is not like. So much sunlight. This society is not much big, so management pays attention to all your concerns in time. There is side walk area in the whole society. We just love our apt."
