"I have lived at The Alcove for two years. The front office has always been friendly and quick to answer any questions or concerns. Special shout out to Hillmon for for his help on getting my air fixed same day!! Great atmosphere and neighborhood. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality appartment in a great area."

"Moved into an apartment that I was told had a washer and dryer. They told me as soon as I had signed the lease and picked up the keys that the unit was waiting on a washer and dryer, but that they would come next week. It’s been over a month, and they still go back and forth and between telling me it will be next week and that it’s on indefinite back order. Meanwhile, I have to waste my time and money going to a laundromat because they lied to me. On top of that, the floors creek so loud I can’t get a full night sleep, they paint everything so cheaply that paint is splattered on everything, the sinks, the windows, etc., and they have very clearly painted over extensive water damage and mold that I’m sure will come to the surface soon enough. Thought I’d save some money moving here but it was not worth it. Update: the response below was a lie btw. They were not “in contact with me to make it right” and there was no washer and dryer the next week. In fact it’s over a month later and there is still no washer and dryer. I did have some unknown liquid leak from my walls though and my upstairs neighbor still wakes me up blasting music every night. The only good thing about this place is that they let me out of my lease."

"Bryson and the maintenance supervisor are both awesome. I had an issue with opening my door and Bryson didn’t hesitate to assist me. He noticed a small issue and fixed it immediately. The maintenance supervisor is always nice and takes care of any issues promptly and efficiently. Excellent service!"

"This month I moved into my first ever apartment and ended up landing here at the Alcove, and I couldn't have done it without the help of Jimmy my leasing agent. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and answered all my questions anytime I would think of something to ask. Every time that I called or emailed him, he was always super responsive and available to assist me and made the whole process of finding a place and moving in a breeze. Even still after moving in, Jimmy is my go-to when I have questions about anything and is always so nice and courteous when we talk. I am also impressed with the speed and service of the maintenance department here at the Alcove. I had an issue with my heat not working the day after moving in, and less than an hour after putting a ticket in, Bradley a maintenance tech here came and fixed my heat quickly and made my move-in experience even better. I highly recommend the Alcove to anyone looking for a great place to live. Jimmy is a true asset to the team and will make your experience so much better. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, friendly place to live."

"Was told by leasing consultant Jabreece on Saturday you needed an appointment to tour the apartments, but I could look at the units online, which I did. She gave me some options and told me they update their website regularly and I could review the available units online. So I gave myself a tour of the property; and looked at the units online. They have a special going on online for $500 discount - for certain units - but not given any information on which units when I asked. I decided I would apply for one - spent $350 on fees - and was emailed the next day saying the unit I applied for was actually not available. But they have another unit - of similar stature- 2 bed/2 bath- available if I’d be willing to pay more, essentially. Property management offered $50 off but wouldn’t honor what I applied for- even though it would’ve been roughly $90 difference still with the discount. Said they would refund me the application and administrative fees, instead of honoring $1,545 vs $1,635. They make their business decisions. I just thought that wasn’t good business. There’s nothing extraordinary in the complex. The rent prices are just as standard as the rest of the area, so I’ll just take my business elsewhere. It is what it is."
