"I lived here for about 5mos with a roommate. The time there was the worst. The gate never worked and our neighbors were….. neighbors. Would see bugs from time to time and the apartment was slanted like it would split in half at any moment, but we made it work. The issue started when I moved out. Me and my roommate signed the required paperwork and I moved out (personal things). After about 2 months I got an email saying I was being evicted. I email the agent to get this corrected. She promised I had no evictions and she had just used the wrong email address as it was meant for my roommate that decided to stay when I left. She would delete my information to keep it from happening again. Now it’s December. I’ve received numerous calls from a collection agency and sure enough, theres the $10,000 eviction. They never answer the phone or respond to emails, so it looks like I’m on my own to try to fix this mess. I guess they don’t care, they just want money. Never again. Would not recommend."
"First off Holli is amazing! I was helped by Leasia as well who was also very nice and took care of a minor issue I was having with approval . I rated 3 stars because of communication by phone. I had to go into work late so many times just to be able to reach someone about my application. So long story short. They need to fix the phone situation. Lastly I kept getting different days for my move in date due to maintenance not having my unit ready. I have yet to move in but when I do I hope my unit is in good condition since it’s taking so long to be fixed. I’m excited to move here and will give updates once I move and get settled."
