In 2024, ARIUM Presents: Sounds of Summer contest will give 60 contestants the chance to win one year of free rent! Judging and voting will take place throughout the summer, with 4 finalists receiving coaching from celebrity mentors in Atlanta. The finale will be taped at a venue where the winner will be crowned. Additional prizes include giveaways, trips, and studio time with a Grammy-award-winning producer for the overall winner.

"I appreciate the efforts of the owners to making this place a more pleasurable place to live. There have been many improvements at a steady pace. There are heavy traffic times with the morning and evening commuters. The neighborhood is clean and quiet after morning traffic for the most part. Conveniently located and Walking distance to a lot of stores and laundry mats. They are very responsive to your requests for pest control. The maintenance company is not too good. There are two great maintenance people who pick up the slack. The renovations should take care of most of the maintenance issues."
"Came back after a friend told me it was under new management. Talked to a guy named Max and wow! I felt so comfortable and the place looks great.Toured this property last year and would have never considered. What a difference a year makes. I hope they keep up the good work."
"If I could give 0 stars to this new management I would. The 1 star is generous. Ever since they took over I’ve had several issues. Not only do they never respond to emails but they are very quick to threaten to fine someone. I’ve been living in this apartment complex for 3 years and this is my first time having to complain this much. I think the new management is greedy and does not actually care about their renters. For me to write a review speaks volumes because I genuinely hate having unnecessary issues. And don’t respond to this review with a comment to “email” you guys to resolve the issue because we all know you guys do not respond to them. Patiently waiting for my lease to end."
