The worst pharmacy u can ever go they don't care about anyone I went while they are in break they rejected to give my baby girl a medicine she was in pain and has a very painful virus and doctor said get the medicine as soon as possible they rejected to open for me and the lady said the register is closed , they are not humans the worst pharmacy you can ever think to go , don't go there this is my last time to go and I will change it however it was the closest to my house I won't go again"
"If there were a negative rating, I would choose -100. I was waiting at CVS refilling my prescription when I needed to use the restroom very badly. I asked to use their restroom and they would not allow me to. The operational manager, Bash, said that it is the CVS policy but it is lie. What kind of store does not let their customers use something for their very basic physical needs? I am going to boycott CVS. Anyone who has experienced this at CVS, please join me."
"So many bad pharmacy experiences over the years. Wrong patient’s label on my bottle, prescription accidentally deleted out of the system, no sense of urgency, long wait time, pharmacy closed during business hours… Unfriendly staff, pharmacist always avoided eye contacts hiding behind the island/counter. Just go somewhere else for your prescriptions."
"My doctor sent a prescription for me and I got a call the next following day from this cvs location to go pick it up. I went there but my prescription wasn't ready and they need 30 mins. They were seeing me from the window and ignoring me for 10 mins. Rude staff and bad service."
"Very rude service. Went there to pick up prescription. Was told to come back after 2 hrs. No smiling service no greeting. Not even asking if we would like to wait or go to other pharmacies. When being asked explain something , the lady turned out to be angry. No patience at all. Terrible experience. People went to pick up prescriptions are normal sick or have sick family members. Why would we have to get these kind of service in a pharmacy."
