"Last week I was shopping for items for my father and picking up his prescription at the shopping center. While standing outside my car my hip accidentally bumped my driver side door and my car was locked with the keys and my cell phone on the front seat. I was livid! I walked into giant to the customer service desk and there were angels working that day! I asked the front desk staff, Carolyn if I could please use their phone to call AAA. Of course I did not know the number off the top of my head and She was gracious enough to find the phone number and I called. I made many trips out to my car in a state of panic looking for a AAA vehicle while going back into giant because AAA usually calls the number that you leave them. AAA wound up calling the customer service desk at the Giant Food and Carolyn was standing right there to answer and let the gentleman know I was headed right back out to my car. They were able to remain calm and keep me calm as flustered as I was. I am so grateful for Carolyn, and her daughter Virginia who also works at this giant food. Shopping here is not just an every day thing. The staff that work there are like family and really treat their customers right. A shout out to Carolyn and the customer service desk representative at this local Giant Food. They are wonderful!!!!"
