"The store is clean and very well stocked. They were putting out all the new spring styles. Plenty of staff and they were all ready to help. The dressing rooms were nice and well lit. The shoe selection was fantastic. Macy's never fails to make your shopping trip perfect. If I could give them 10 stars I would."

"Disappointing Service and Long Wait Times Amidst Holiday Rush at Macy's First of all, I understand it’s going to be busy due the holidays, but my complaint is how understaff they are, you don’t see any associate in the floor!! And is not like they are helping others, but is just not enough people. Two associates per department is definitely NOT enough!!! My recent visit to Macy's store ahead of the Christmas season was marred by frustratingly long wait times and a noticeable shortage of staff. Despite the bustling holiday rush, the inadequate number of employees led to an extensive 30-minute waiting period for customer assistance. The associates, though evidently busy, seemed overwhelmed, and some exhibited a lack of concern for customer needs. Shockingly, I witnessed one customer being advised to contact the manager to file a complaint – a disappointing response that further highlighted the staffing issues. On a positive note, Macy's offers a range of quality products at reasonable prices, maintaining the store's reputation for good merchandise. The premises were generally clean, although the organization suffered due to the holiday rush. The store was undoubtedly busy, indicative of the impending Christmas rush, yet thankfully, the crowds were manageable during my visit before the peak hours. Additionally, the availability of free parking was a convenience. Despite the store's good products and manageable crowd, the overall experience was tarnished by the severe understaffing issues. Waiting for extended periods and encountering indifferent responses from some associates detracted from the holiday shopping experience. Macy's would greatly benefit from addressing their staffing concerns during peak seasons to ensure a more satisfactory customer experience."

"I went to Macy’s the one next to the food court, and was help by Marwaw, A very beautiful Middle Eastern woman! She helped me pick out a foundation with SPF. I walked Out with everything I needed! She helped address my beauty concerns. next time I will call to make sure Marwa is there before I go She’s fantastic!"

"Update: based on recent visits to a few macys locations, it looks like some last act and clearance items are final sale. We did purchase some items and very disappointed to find out that we paid 2 to 3 times more on some. I have visited macys stores in the east coast and west coast, and my statistics indicate that there is 10% chance of purchase satisfaction. ___________ Not a good impression, staff of the cosmetics could not help with getting the item. We ended up visiting another store."
