"Terrible experience, came today on 12/7/23 to drop a prescription fill request off. I was told to wait 20-30 mins it will get done. I expressed that I was running late to work already and that I could come back but made sure to make it clear that I shouldn’t be without these medications but I took the chance. Came back today at 15:35 to find out the fill hasn’t even been started/completed and was told to sit and wait 10-15 mins. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere because clearly the attention to detail or customer service is complete zero. I hope this makes it to someone responsible to hold the staff accountable. What if this was a life threatening medication that’s needed for a day to day person? Unbelievable.."
"One of the terrible customer service in this pharmacy. third time I come to pick up my pills and each time I wait 15-25 minutes for them . there is no queue, everyone is busy with laughing, talking about personal topics, but not serving customers. teach them how to work!!!"
"Pharmacist was totally rude and incompetent. She did not understand anything about the situation at hand and was clearly just trying to move the line along. Phone system is non existent and online website is totally ineffective. Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere"
"The female pharmacist today (10/15/2022 ) around 4 pm was EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional and poor customer service. I went in today to ask about a medication if it was in stock and she was so rude and she Immediately gave me attitude. This is so upsetting, I have never experience such a poor customer service with the pharmacist before."
