"very slow result in PCR covid test, it happened to my daughter (minor) that they failed to send me the result, so ai needed to call CS for 5 times with different person. And now I have not received the result that is already passed 24 hours meanwhile I need to have it as it requires for my international flight. The CS is sucks, only machine that take your DOB. Strongly suggest do not take the test here. Find somewhere else."
"I’ve been on hold for 45 mins… still waiting for someone to pick up. While I was on hold at some point, someone picked up the phone and they were talking bad about another customer and didn’t know I could hear. And then proceeded to put me on hold again without even talking to me….."
"Absolutely rude. Made me wait 45+ min. just to tell me they don't take my insurance. when asked where I can go with my insurance, didn't even care to answer and just walked away. I went into my insurance website to check eligible pharmacy, they were it. Don't know how well they can do their job, Customer service is utterly terrible."
