"If you cannot offer a delivery service that works, then DON'T OFFER DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!! If you hire people in AMERICA, then you need to make sure they understand ENGLISH. I called the delivery service today, Sun, Jan 28, 2024. The lady couldn't understand me and said my delivery wasn't there. I contacted customer service and they verified that it is there. If you want to hire people who can't understand our language, then you need to add an ENGLISH COURSE to their training. Very frustrated because it took me an hr of speaking with people to figure this out. Then you canceled my delivery order. I have been waiting for 6 full hours for something that was supposed to arrive hours ago!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't feel well and this is why I need it delivered.I spoke to over 5 people and NOBODY would help me. My order was placed for delivery and you took my money, but NOBODY DELIVERED IT! I have no food and no idea what I am going to do."

"This place is amazing. A real super store. Has everything you can think off. Well stocked when we were there. Lots of parking for handicap."

"Store is ok, typical WalMart but checkout is a mess. They usually only have one checker, even during the busy holiday season, and sometimes none! Their self checkout frequently malfunctions and there isn't enough space to bag your items. Also, you can't get gift receipts in self checkout! I tested it while checking out to make sure because I was buying a lot of items for Angel Tree gifts. It allowed you to check which items you want gift receipts for and I checked them all (27 items!) and at the end, nothing printed out! I wnt to customer service and they said they would have to return everything and then recheck everything (it was a cart full of stuff). Very frustrating."

"Mostly because it doesn’t offer Apple Pay for contactless payment. Everything else is good, lots of stuff to buy for a lower discount and lots of machines for coins or trying to buy a lotto ticket. They also have a big self checkout area with people around to help you"

"Good location . Good super center . Nice products and we get almost everything within one roof . Electronics , food , vegetables , cloth, and whatever u can think of . Super center and it is bigger than other locations . Billing can be quick . Service can be better . Sometimes there is no help if we are looking for something . Takes a long time to Find products . Crazy parking facility . Overall good but can be better .."
