"I recently went to this Macy's to buy a formal dress and a sale associate was extremely rude. When I asked her where the petite women section is she did not respond. I repeated the question and she rudely pointed to the direction. When I went to the fitting room with my sisters she asked us to put the dresses on the rack outside of the fitting room, we said okay. She asked a second time while we were trying on dresses. A third time when I went to get another size. Then again, a fourth time. I totally understand why she asked us the first time but four times with a rude tone is too extensive and disrespectful. Other Sale associates heard and apologized for actions. Her name was martha, be aware of martha."

"Sheila is an awesome person from Clarins cosmetics counter at Macy's! One of the best customer service experiences I always have with her! Whenever I visit, she makes me feel I'm the only customer there, however busy she is. How great is that!! I've purchased from her many products of various brands (Lancome, Estee Lauder, and Clinique) . She has always given many samples to try from Clarins. Thank You so so much Sheila! She is highly professional and very polite. When I'm there, I always notice that she treats all the customers with respect and gives full attention needed. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to explain any questions about any Macy's cosmetics products. She positively helped me change my outlook about the whole appearance (skincare, make up , and cosmetics). She is very kind, patient, and friendly. I'm very glad to meet and know her. She works at Macy's (with Furniture Gallery), which used to be an old Hecht's store. If you are planning to purchase any cosmetics at Macys, you should go and visit her in the Fairoaks mall. "I hate to leave a bad review, but Diantha’s behavior is unacceptable. She refused to sell my husband a 5x8 rug. We didn’t understand why she couldn’t just allow us to pay for it and leave, she then had the audacity to yell and accuse my husband of being rude when we questioned why we couldn’t make the purchase. I cannot fathom how anyone in customer service feels justified in treating someone the way she treated him."
