"I ran late for the appointment that was at 5:40 and I got there at 5:50 tried checking in but the code expired. I asked pharmacist if it’s still possible to have the appointment and I’m aware I’m late but pre-checking was completed. She said because she is fully booked. It was just me and her. I guess when I had to wait 20min for my appointment when I got there on time is okay but if I’m late 10min then it is unacceptable."

"CVS used to be great. The pharmacist knew my name and greeted me personally. These days it's a different pharmacist every time I go in. Also, they now close the pharmacy from 1:30-2:00 for lunch. I fully agree that the staff deserves a lunch break, but they should stagger the shifts so they don't have to close. Finally, I called ahead to check the hours and the recording mentioned nothing about the closure. That's exactly why I called ahead! They need to fix the staffing issue or at least fix the recording!"

"I had been going here for almost two years, until 2 weeks ago. Someone in the pharmacy was very unprofessional and laughed at another customer, who was trying to get medicine for her child. I will not support places that display that type of behavior towards people in need. Save your self-respect and choose another provider."

"I’ve been going to CVS for my prescriptions for decades. I’ve lived in a number of different places and had experiences with different CVS pharmacies. This location is my favorite. I find the whole pharmacy staff to be helpful and professional. They actually answer the phone! I don’t even live near this location anymore, but still get my prescriptions here because I find that if something comes up, or I have questions, I can get excellent service from this team."

"Even this CVS location (3921 Prosperity Ave, Fairfax, VA 22031) doesn’t deserve one Star ranking. CVS should provide better training and skillful people in their facilities. Today I lift the job earlier and showed up with my to get the flue shot. There was no people around the counter, the person at the pharmacy counter told us that they cannot provide a flu shot without appointment at their location. First, not sure what are these worker job at CVS to reject people without offering any help. Is that professional? 2nd CVS should collect all signs around their facility which says (Flue Shot), as we observed it was not true, no one is providing any flue shot."
