"I would like to say this place is garbage. False advertising. They make it seem this place is amazing until you sign the lease. My son signed a lease 6 months ago and it is definitely time to move out of this hell hole. The staff sucks and no one is ever available when an issue comes up. The washing machine stopped working and they were not able to repair it. They informed my son that they would not be replacing it. My son had to wash clothes at a laundry mat. How crazy is that paying an arm and a let for rent. To top it off that place is infested with roaches. It is unbelievable to have to live like this. Do not rent, I plead do not rent from these folks. They do not care about their tenants. If I could I would have gave them a negative 100 rating, they get a zero rating."

"Currently staying here and will not be renewing. They have switched office people three times and the maintenance is horrible. You put in request and they don not come and fix it. They claim they do not have parts to get the job done. They say it is on corporate not paying their invoices as to why they are not able to receive the proper parts. Then when they do come in to fix it the job is half done or they pretend they have done it. The property is not kept up to par and the people just don’t care. Ms. Hill the regional office manager is no better with her lack of concern. They may seem nice from the outside but inside they are not worth it. Although the amenities are nice, these apartments are falling apart and was patched up with a coat of paint. I also have mildew under my cabinets and didn’t find out until after i moved an ex employee told me that although it was a new built my apt had flooded because a pipe bust and they just cleaned it up and still proceeded to rent it out. I have not had a working dishwasher since i moved in and although it is not a need it would be nice to have all appliances working for the price I pay out here.The walls are thin and you can hear everything and smell everything through the vents. Do not move here at all!!!"

"DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT RENT HERE. 6 MONTHS OUT AND STILL WAITING FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT. Notice that all the five star reviews of Abby Court are complementary reviews of Ms. Tranisha, who no longer works there. The honest reviews that actually tell you what it's actually like are all one star reviews. Filth everywhere. On move in, my apartment hadn't been cleaned from the prior tenant, and the rugs were worn into the ground. Management refused to change them. A/C is regularly busted, a complaint I heard from multiple tenants. Management is completely and consistently apathetic to resolution of any problems. Once the get you to sign the lease, they do not care if you have any problems. Garbage in the common spaces. Notice in my photos a pot of nasty food filled with live maggots - this was at the foot of our staircase for at least four days. The "resort style swimming pool" was dark forest green with algae, obviously not maintained or usable. Management is completely incompetent. They don't answer the phone, they don't take care of the property, they don't respond to cries for help. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE ABBY COURT APARTMENTS."

"I’m not sure what has happened the past 4 months but this place is going downhill fast and it’s so sad! When we first moved in management was awesome, and our apartment was (and still is) a wonderful unit. Perks of being a new build. We really do love our unit. But over the course of time signs have been falling down around the leasing office, the pool has been out of commission for months and is now black/green. We were told it was a pump warranty issue needing fixed, but it is still not being taken care of, despite us still being charged for amenities not in use. Just this morning I noticed that someone threw a shopping cart into the pool. Nice. Our key fobs periodically stop working and other amenities are not being maintained I found gym, coffee machine etc etc. these are minor compared to the pool but it shows the lack of care currently happening. It really bothers me that they’re letting such a great place go like this. I can only assume they’re not putting the effort in now that it’s a mixed income unit. Miss the old management and hope they do better soon. **dropping down my review from 3 stars. Since the time of posting my last review, I suspect the complex had visitors because there was a lot of activity around in the leasing office and outside. Things were looking up. It lasted a week. Since then it’s been dead quiet again. Guess when the boss is away… Another unresolved issue that has since gotten more pressing. We currently have had a maintenance request open for 3 months and nobody has came. It wasn’t an emergency yet, but was getting to that point. I mentioned it to the maintenance guy in passing ( mind you I don’t think this is his fault), when I saw him around during the busy week when everyone was around. He said he did not have access to maintenance requests and he’s been here as long as we have. And to call the emergency line. Guess that doesn’t work either. We’ve called it twice and nobody has come to fix our fridge. If it’s not addressed by the end of the weekend, we’ll be contacting corporate with our list of issues. I’ve also seen one of the front office people sit in their car while the office doors were locked while I was getting the mail (during office hours). A lady had came to inquire about a rental and of course nobody would see her/ignored her. This is 100000% a management issue. While not everything can be solved overnight, most of it would be solved by showing up and doing your job, and having some pride in where you work. But hey- I guess they got the pool fixed finally. Things will look good for would be renters."
