"Worst place! I wish there was an option to give -ve stars. They charged me almost $80 for one night but the room was smelling like as if I am sleeping next to a dumpster! I am sure there are certain guidelines from city or county to maintain certain minimum standards. A homeless person may get better breakfast than their so called "continental breakfast ". Next I better sleep in car than wasting my money and getting frustrated."
"Got stranded in Beaumont when car broke down. Tow truck driver brought me to Regency. Owner was very nice, was sympathetic to my situation. Gave me very nice room on ground floor. Very clean. Bed was great. AC fantastic. Hot shower, clean bathroom. Huge TV although I didn't use it. Very happy with service and room. Several fast food places within walking distance...Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, Chik Fil A. Highly recommend this hotel."
"We picked hotel specifically for pools described...we reserved room, checked in, and then asked about pool hours and was told there is not a pool at all! So disappointed, and children even more disappointed. It was dark, so we just settled in. Room was clean but definitely dated. Carpet had cut outs where sections were replaced by same carpet though. We were not given times at check in for breakfast or anything. ..just shuffled through."
