Americas Best Value Inn Beaumont, TX

"I stay here when I come visit SETX for the holidays, the owner is nice sometimes, but other times can be very rude. As far as the hotel, each room is a little different, some have better showers, some have better pillows, some have roaches, some don't. You catch my drift, some rooms are a good 4 stars, some are a 3. But all in all, I've never had any problems with the staff, except for the owner being rude sometimes, and the stay has been peaceful, aside from a random loud neighbor in the parking lot, or the occasional addicted tweekers arguing which has only happened twice."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I understand this is a value motel. You pay for what you get but after we checked in we went to our room everything looked fine. As we went to pull the blanket back about 20 FOOD ROACHES CRAWLED OUT FROM UNDER THE COVERS AND THERE WERE BED BUGS EVERYWHERE! It was super disgusting and nasty. As we were leaving I also noticed a couple different kinds of bugs crawling the walls as we left. DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

"Roaches everywhere, didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed due to roaches. Just the front desk was great at this point food service the people was decently nice. Great location but bad maintenance. The bed wasn’t bad overall just the roaches in the only problem"

"I’ve seen a lot of reviews about bugs/spiders. I didn’t see even 1 bug or critter of any kind. The room smelled fresh and clean and the bed was comfortable. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Won’t be my last stay."

"I have stayed here for nearly a month visiting family. The hotel is in great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. The front office and housekeeping is top notch. The pool is always clean. They are constantly updating rooms and beds."
