"The service here is not great because they do not understand guests needs at all. Especially if you book online. They charge you for your room reservation online as one charge. And do not mention anywhere on the website when booking that when you get to the hotel you have to pay again!!!!! I understand the second payment is a deposit for the room. But when someone is just trying to stay for one night and does not make that kind of money to do this it would prevent people from booking at a place they can hardly afford to pay twice so beware because the staff here will not even try to understand what you are asking or telling them. They will beat around the bush to get what they want."

"Drove 12 hrs. Exhausted. I just needed a CLEAN bed. Warm room and hot shower Reviews did not disappoint. Room was very clean. I am usually in a hurry to get moving in am, I enjoyed the comfy bed longer than I should have Down side. $50 dep, still showing pending I understand the dep, room was very nice. But I will keep monitoring to be sure this isn't a "fee" they tack on. Only reason for 4 star service review. If deposit is not charged I will absolutely make this a stop before or after the rigors of Houston traffic."

"Rooms nice and clean, front desk staff very nice. Breakfast would have been good if there was enough waffle mix, but the orange juice was too thick and had a spoiled taste. Noise level in rooms was high due to interstate just in front of hotel, but wr slept well anyway. Hotel is good value for the price"

"Room was okay, dated carpet and couch. Towels could be replaced they're quite rough. Wifi isn't great. The place is way too close to the highway, and the doors aren't sound-proof at all so you're sleeping on the road, luckily I had earplugs. Breakfast is minimal. What bothered me is that it seems like a family-run place, but is much less flexible/ accommodating than a chain hotel. Travelling for work, I stayed for 5 nights. On the evening of my last night I booked one more night (for the next night), paid cash. 630am the next morning plans changed and I asked them if it was possible to cancel and stick with my original check out date. Due to their 24 hour cancelation policy this wasn't possible. When I paid for the extra night it was already outside that window... the parking lot had been less than half full all week.. so I guess they needed to keep the money."

"We had two great experiences staying here recently. Rooms were clean, large and well appointed. Service was great - you really get the feeling that this is a family run operation rather than a soul-less large corporation. Breakfast also well done. We have stayed at multiple hotels in the area and this one stands out. Highly recommend!"
