Motel 6 Beaumont, TX

"Went to visit love ones staying here was nice and clean like the decor me being from here know you have to be careful the area right by highway but it's a plus a lot of food places in the area"

"My husband and i will never stay here again because of the rude front desk lady. First, I tried to walk in with my little cavalier on a leash. She just says 'no dogs allowed in the lobby', rudely. I apologize but noticed there is no sign for this on the front door, there's nothing in the pet policy that forbids dogs in the lobby. I have stayed at so many motel 6 across the country, most recently Utah and Colorado and never had this issue. Then, my husband visited me and bought a week stay for me. He got very sick very rapidly due to personal medical reasons. We rushed to the emergency room, unfortunately having to leave behind his dog and mine in their crate. When he wS transferred to Galveston I had my sister go up and check on the pups to make sure they were not barking or causing any issues. The next day my husband got worse and I realized it was better to get the dogs out of the room. I called and explained the situation to front desk lady . She says "why didn't she just get the dogs the first time she came here" . I had just told her he was in the hospital I don't know why I needed to explain anything else but I did. And thankfully my sister was able to get the dogs out of there. Finally, a few days later my husband got moved to the ICU. I realized I just wasn't going to need the stay at the hotel, nobody was there. Even the dogs had been gone at this point. I call and explain the situation again, so my sister can get my stuff out of rhe room. This time I got the manager on the phone and he was understanding and gave me a partial refund. I had to call back and talk to the lady and once again she's just heartless. I explained my husband got moved to the ICU. She was asking details about the stay confused about a charge or something, so I let her know I already talked to the manager, got a partial refund, he knows what's going on etc. She responds with 'he's not supposed to do that' . At that point I lost it. I said 'Are you hearing me? I just told you my husband is in the ICU.' She said 'I heard you, the manager shouldn't give you any refund' . No apology, sympathy, understanding nothing. Just complete heartless indifference. This whole experience with her has just been insane. Now my husband and I will never stay there again, and my sister and friend don't want to deal with her either. This lady should not be working in the hospitality industry."

"As I am traveling down the road. Very tired and very weary. Is usually staying at your establishments.. Someone else made my reservation with their name on the card. My name on the reservation. The front desk person refused my stay due to the person that made the reservation was somewhere else .. However, this hasn't been a problem in any other establishment in the last two weeks.. So confused as to why this is an issue."

"The only place I will stay clean rooms and nice workers it’s almost like home for me peace of mind is what I find at this place the owner is very nice and understanding need more managers like him and the lady at the front desk amazing she a very sweet person and I love her so much beautiful person"

"Very nice hotel just re-done. Nice India Family from”INDIA”. If you haven’t read my reviews before, they are my favorite hosts. Very welcoming even to our pets. No extra deposits or surprises. We travel for work and can’t say enough about how much we appreciate their hospitality. We try to do our part by bringing whisk broom, spray disinfectant. and scented trash bags. Our pets are cats, therefore we travel with litter.."
