"Very disappointed with the room I stayed in over the weekend. The toliet was leaking at the bottom, mold by the window pane and heavy duty dirt spot in the carpet. I don’t what the hell was going on yesterday but y’all got to do better."

"Night desk personnel was really nice and helpful; Day staff not so much. The room was nice, and clean and the bed was comfortable BUT…the bathroom door would not close, the handle was broken. There was maybe 1/3 roll of toilet paper, one wash cloth and one hand towel for 2 adults for 3 nights although there were 3 bath towels and the closet knob can off in my hand when I tried to open the door. We asked for toilet paper and wash cloths at 630 am and when we returned to the room at 7 pm none of the requested items had been delivered. On day 3 the room was cleaned and they took the extra wash cloths and hand towels and again left one of each! The toiletries were replaced… soap, body wash, conditioner…. No shampoo. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel!"

"MILDEW AND MOLDY SMELLING. WORST MARRIOTT HOTEL I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY 14 YEARS AND OVER 1,200 NIGHTS WITH THE BRAND! STAY AWAY! A scheduled 9 night stay quickly turned into 2 nights after I arrived to a room with an intense mold/mildew scent. Old pool or dark and damp basement are words to describe the odor. The carpets and walls were slightly dirty and dust was on the lampshades. The room and building showed evidence of cheaply done drywall repairs. Only working ice machine was on the first floor. Staff was friendly but apparently no one was on duty at 6am on the morning when I decided to check out. I had to leave the property and call back later in the morning to check out. Research after I left indicates this property, along with the adjacent Fairfield Inn and Suites, suffered flood damage in 2019. Obviously the flood restoration was NOT sufficient. I agree with other reviews that this property is an embarrassment to the Marriott name and should not bear it until the place is properly refurbished or replaced.."

"This hotel is terrible. I normally don’t post reviews, but if I can help steer away one other person from wasting time and money here it is worth the extra time. Staff is rude, no one is working at the coffee shop downstairs, the shower leaks, no full length mirror, and sub par room as far as amenities. Pool, although indoors, wasn’t open or working for some reason. The noise is by far the worst. The hotel is by a highway and they have no noise reduction in the hotel. Constant semi tractor trailer droning all night. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in period. The only reason I stayed here was its affiliation with Marriott. It should be dropped immediately so the brand won’t be further tarnished and others aren’t taken advantage of."

"I’m only giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly. But this hotel was equivalent to staying at a Motel 6 (if I could ever imagine what a motel 6 experience would be like.) The room itself was clean. The photographer deserves a raise because the hotel looked nothing like advertised. I had to pull up the picture to verify I wasn’t insane. I ended up checking out because I was just uncomfortable and I booked a different hotel. I paid for this hotel using points but it was so bad I went ahead and paid for a different hotel. The lady did give me my points back as I stated that the hotel room looked nothing as advertised. She also looked as though she’s used to receiving that comment. The signature courtyard accent wall paper was just a dark blue wall. It felt like a dungeon and smelled like mildew as other reviews have stated. There also was no bar of soap to wash my hands. I’ve also never been to a hotel where it looked like they collected donations from other hotels as the shower gel, conditioner and body wash were different brands. This hotel is in need of a total gut (not a let’s redo rooms in sections while people stay here to get some money coming in). The lobby also smelled like mildew as well. The elevator felt like a parking garage elevator as it was old, loud and had writing etched on the wall. All I could hope was that it didn’t get stuck. They just need to start over or sell the building to Motel 6. For peace of mind, stay elsewhere."
