"The worst hotel experience ever! I’m a diamond member and was treated like garbage. Service desk guy on 3-9-24 was rude, the place smelled like weed, I asked for a blank it and he said he was not room service and turned away. Someone had previously drove through the building. Various rooms through out complex had windows taped and cracked up. Cobwebs all over the ceiling and the place smelled!!!!!!bad!!! Some doors would not close. If you look at the reviews if you have stayed here a lot are fabricated the place is a dump!!! Looks like something out of a war zone, and this is a Wyndham rewards sponsored hotel!!!!!pathetic."
"I was driving in from 12 hours away with my two dogs. I called and asked about a room. I told him I had my two dogs as the website said it was a pet friendly hotel. He told me the price of the room and said I would have to pay him $25.00 for my dogs. I declined. If it was legit, the price would include the charge for the dog so I could pay with my card. I wasn't about to give this man $25.00 cash to put in his pocket."
"I stayed here for one night. It wasn't as bad as other reviews claimed. It was pretty quiet. They had a big TV and a nice bath tub. The bed was made up nice and had a pretty extra blanket on top, in case you got cold. They had the heat on when I entered the room. There was a microwave and a refrigerator that had plenty of room for my food."
"Went concert & spent the night here. Room was neat, nothing special. Desk clerk was funny & polite. Cost of room fantastic!!! Would go back again if the need arises Peices are reasonable, & most of all it's Quite!!!!"
"Good location for my families purpose. The beds were comfortable and the rooms came with a mini fridge and microwave. Those were the only good things.... There were roaches several times in the rooms. Both the sheets and the towels had stains on them. The door to our room didn't seem secure and had gaps all the way around it- had to be in just the right position in order to use the deadbolt- which was needed with all the activity in the parking lot."
