“What attracted us was their self bath (softer surface, not metal) and raw food. We come here for quality fresh food. Most of the toys they carry are durable and portable potty bags work very well for larger breeds. It’s very rare but when the dog food is not right for dogs, as long as we kept the bag, they have taken it back and make sure the dogs have the right food and happy. Great store for raw feeders for their larger selection.”

They really cared and were genuinely disappointed for me. I requested a gift card instead of a credit. Then found a petite sized dress that I loved!!!! But it didn't fit correctly. They explained that a regular not petite dress would be a better fit. I greatly appreciate that they were genuine, caring, and made my visit a fun experience. So, January 4, I was in the Southlake Chicos store and decided to ask about this problem. The 2 associates who I so wish I would have remembered their names immediately began to help me by locating my tall jean from other stores to be sent to me. I received them yesterday and they were perfect, meaning in tall lady language, they were long enough. Thank you so much for your friendly professional assistance. I am grateful.”

Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable; the store is a very comfortable and relax to shop and try with good stock and selection. “Every experience I have had at Spa Habitat has been incredible. Once you check in at the front they put you in a room to relax until your massage. They offer fruit flavor water or hot tea and a hot towel for your neck. Very relaxing. Every masseuse has been excellent and talk to you beforehand to learn your needs and expectations. “I don’t normally write reviews for gas stations but the gentleman who assisted me today (06/30/21) went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me. I was having a terrible day and after leaving work, I had planned on getting gas only to realize I’d left my wallet at home. I had 0 to E and I went in to see if they accepted mobile pay before calling for my partner to bring my wallet. He told me about the 7-11 app which has a wallet feature you can use Apple pay through. I had to load a certain amount but I had misheard him and the app doesn’t work for fuel pay. I was about to leave in tears to call my partner when he helped me by charging me through the app for some random candy and putting what I’d spent on the pump I was parked out. He really could have sent me on my way and not thought about it another second but he really helped me get to the end of my day and I have to say I’m so grateful. This location has a wonderful employee.”
