"I had a great massage with Josiah. He focused on neck and shoulders as I requested, and he really made a difference in some very sore muscles. I’ll definitely go back and I’ll ask for him!"

"This was my 4th or 5th visit and, compared to past visits, it was a huge disappointment. I gladly pay a premium for the organic products used but experience is equally important. My previous facials were so good that I overlooked the following…Their tables are hard and cold (I had to ask for the heat to be turned on), the sheets are rough and uncomfortable, and they have a one size fits all flimsy wrap that when snapped as tight as it would go, I still had to hold it up - I am medium-framed person (For the price, I expect a warm, properly fitted terry wrap.) The technician was knowledgable and nice but had a sloppy, staticky touch and the scalp massage felt like a hair massage - she just kept moving my hair around and barely, if at all, touched my scalp - it was odd to say the least.) Oh, does anyone else feel shamed into tipping? They point blank ask you if want to leave a tip. No, I didn’t but I did."

"Went there for a couples Swedish massage and couples facial. Both were the best we’ve ever had. Both massage ladies were super good. Only name I remember was Amber, and I’d go back to her in a heartbeat. Penelope and Diana were really thorough in their facials, I actually felt like it did something for once unlike other facials. The place is pricey so we won’t be able to go often, but will be a nice treat. Probably the only massage place I’d ever go back to at this point."

"Every experience I have had at Spa Habitat has been incredible. Once you check in at the front they put you in a room to relax until your massage. They offer fruit flavor water or hot tea and a hot towel for your neck. Very relaxing. Every masseuse has been excellent and talk to you beforehand to learn your needs and expectations. I highly recommend Spa Habitat."

"During my visit it was nice and the staff was pleasant. I will say they don’t allow time to clean/greet customers in between appointments because me and my god daughter went together and it seemed rushed in order to keep up with their appointments. For the price, they should have better scheduling practices. After my service I was recommended products and I used them for two days but had an allergic reaction, causing my skin to burn, become inflamed, and extremely dry. I contacted the manager and she stated I could return the product for a full return. When I returned the product she stated it was open. I advised her how would I know if the product works if I don’t try it? Had I been informed that $150+ product would irritate my skin as such, and that opened product couldn’t be returned I wouldn’t have purchased it to begin with. I was able to get my money back after talking to the manager at Southlake. The facial was good but the product was terrible. I don’t recommend this spa due to overbooking, lack of education on the products used, cleanliness after each customer, and informing customers of the return policy prior to recommending products that are extremely costly."
