"Surprisingly impressive selection of beer and wine! Super friendly employees, which is so welcome and refreshing. Always a clean and well organized store. Has been our go-to gas station in Southlake for years!"

"I’m a real estate agent and office directly behind this location. I absolutely the friendly employees. They laugh and joke and genuinely ask how I am. As an agent of choice in the area, I encourage people to brighten their day and drop by for that next Dr. Pepper or bottle of wine, stop by Scooters!"

"Hopefully this review will help someone before they damage their car. I see that I am not the first to have this problem. I am shocked to see that it's gone on for not months, but years. Washed my car today and as the track pulled my car into the wash it repeatedly make a loud screeching noise; not good. However, when the side brush swept by to clean the car the center beam the bristle pivot around came an inch away from my window and took off my side mirror. I notified the gas station attendant and by their reaction, I could tell this was not their first report of damage. I asked to talk to the manager. She definitely was not in any rush to come talk to me, and first thing she said was didn't you see the sign we're not liable for any damage. After an officer arrived to file a incident report, an attendant speaking to both the officer and I said they watch the video surveillance and it shows my break lights come on proving I stepped on my breaks and that is why my car was damaged. It's one thing to try and not claim the liability, but now they are lying to me and making up false stories about me causing the damage. This is not my first car wash. I know you put your car in neutral, take your hands off the wheel and foot of the break. YOUR CAR WASH IS BROKEN. It's apparent they had plenty of opportunities to rehearse their story. They know their car wash is broken and they still let people use it!"

"Rating a gas station can be a strange proposition, given that people use them for different purposes. If you want to get gas, the Quicktrip nearby is cheaper, and if you want a car wash, the Northwest Highway place has a better deal, service, and amenities. That being said, I think this place has one of the better selections in terms of snack foods and drinks, and I stop in here instead of Quicktrip if I want to pick up some sweets. Always clean premises and polite staff in my experience. The (connected) burger shop is a plus."

"Everyone is writing their bad experiences but no person that has a good experience is going to take the time to leave a review........ There are instructions when entering the car wash that say you need to fold in the mirrors and remove the antennas and so forth. You should have read them prior to proceeding. I have no affiliation with this store but I was a general manager for Chevron and ran 5 stores for 5 years and Chevron follows very specific protocol and it is probably actually one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They clean their pumps twice a week and do many things that other stores do not do. I have never had better experiences any other place, and prefer to go to Chevrons over other stores because I know they are top quality. If you guys had taken the time to complain to management, your issues would have been resolved. The thing about the pump charging for 21 gallons - either a cashier prepaid for too much, or the pump meter is off set, and either way you need to tell the store manager so no other people have to go through such a thing. I go to 7- 11 and they prepay someone else's pump with my money on accident and REFUSE to give me my money back, even through management and upper management and the corporate office - none of them acted even a bit of caring regarding the fact that my money pretty much got stolen, and I can tell you right now, Chevron would never let anything like that happen. You can go anywhere all you want, but you will only be missing out on a place that ACTUALLY cares about you and their service - but if you don't voice to them your issues they will not know to solve your problem. Thanks."
