"For the past couple of years I have gone to Chicos on line to order tall jeans. It always seems I am unable to order a tall in my size. So, January 4, I was in the Southlake Chicos store and decided to ask about this problem. The 2 associates who I so wish I would have remembered their names immediately began to help me by locating my tall jean from other stores to be sent to me. I received them yesterday and they were perfect, meaning in tall lady language, they were long enough. Thank you so much for your friendly professional assistance. I am grateful."

"The service was unacceptable. My mom and I were treated so poorly, I just had to speak up to ensure that it is addressed so that no one else feels the way we felt yesterday. My mom is 82 and just wanted to go out shopping and since I work at Southlake, I felt that there was no better place to shop. We had been to Coach (great service) and Soma (great service) prior to shopping here. We were disregarded (felt judged) either because we were Hispanic or because we were in casual dress, either way we were treated as unimportant customers in Chicos. We were dismissed while shopping, and then again while trying to purchase our item getting moved register to register. While waiting to be checked out at the second register the assc even took our item off the counter and waved over another customer to check out ahead of us and trying to reshelve the item we were trying to purchase. Then moved us to the other register (the first one we had been at) while waiting there as a lady was checking out, the other register opened up again and we were left standing there waiting the assc holding our item. She never apologize but did say she didn’t realize we were in a hurry when I expressed my concern in been shifted register to register. We have been so rudely."
