"HORRIBLE customer service! I definitely felt racially profiled. I asked to use changing room and was asked to turn my small hand bag over before going inside. Ok fine, but why was I the only customer being asked, while another customer that also use changing room, wasn't even bothered? This is not OK! Train your employees common courtesy and customer service etiquette and not make customers feel like criminals! Sadly, this is how you lose business!"
"I always shop here. The store closed 30 mins earlier than normal working hours. I was standing there in front of the store trying to open the door, but employees just standing there, some of them sitting down, staring at me, like ‘what are you doing here girl??’. I don’t feel welcome at all. Very uncomfortable…"

"Today I went to Brandy Melville, in Southlake Town Square. I have made a many of trips, taking my girls to shop their hearts out. My visit today was to purchase a GC. There was only one other customer and three employees. No one spoke other than laughing behind the counter, until spoken to. I was polite, purchased a $200 GC. Sienna checked me out, I said thank you. However not she or either of the other two girls said Thank you, have a good day, NOTHING! Teach your employees common courtesy, how to look people in the eyes. Your customer service on a consistent basis to put it bluntly- SUCKS!"
"dropped by yesterday, drive an hour to actually go to a brandy store once i walked in i felt awkward and uneasy. not because of workers, some did make me feel uneasy but because of the costumers. I got a fitting room and they did take my bag which is fine but left it out where anyone could grab. The blond haired( i believe) girl with a pink sweatshirt and a bubble braid that checked my stuff out was the best. she told me i could take as many stickers and pins as i liked. I would definitely come back. just some workers (other than the kind girl) and costumers who judged other people out loud in the store made me feel not welcomed."
