"My boyfriend and I were exchanging clothes for my mom here. I told the associate for an exchange on a top and she did a full return. Then, when I tried to get a smaller size in a top for my mom, the associate was so clueless, and didn't even help us in finding what the shirt looked liked. I get better help and hospitality from the other stores around South Lake. Service was horrible."

"I don't know the names of the the associates that helped me today. The sales consultants were amazing!!! I ordered a dress online that was sent to the store. The dress didn't work for me. They really cared and were genuinely disappointed for me. I requested a gift card instead of a credit. Then found a petite sized dress that I loved!!!! But it didn't fit correctly. They explained that a regular not petite dress would be a better fit. I greatly appreciate that they were genuine, caring, and made my visit a fun experience. Felt as if I was with my friends that I just met at Soft Surroundings."
