"Had a redemptive experience with a very professional manager today (Clarissa). Sadly my experience with staff outside of management has been hit or miss. The cashier was extremely unpleasant & stubborn with her lack of customer service. So be aware — based off other reviews I’m ready today…if you aren’t having a positive experience with spending over $700 at this location. Ask to speak to a Manager & hopefully Clarissa or another co-manager of hers can help show their staff how to professionally assist the clientele."

"Always a fan of BR clothing but more of the service and advice they provide. This location in. southlake is a hidden gem. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable; the store is a very comfortable and relax to shop and try with good stock and selection. They helped me a great deal to update my look and be in great style for a recent trip I made to Europe. I highly recommend this store."
