“The chemists were very knowledgeable in helping me understand where to get an issue with my eye diagnosed, I opted for an over the phone appointment with a local optician, when I returned to seek medication for the diagnosis given to me by the optician the staff refused saying I should seek an in-person consultation, in which I learned that the issue is a lot worse than I was lead to believe on the phone. If they hadn't kept firm on their concerns then I may of had to wait much longer to receive the help I actually needed.”

“This is the second time we have used Remedi Health for Fit to Fly tests. On both occasions we have found Deborah to be polite, friendly and professional. Tests have come back quickly. I know that the price is higher than some but understand the reasons why. We pay for the convenience and the local service. I do not hesitate to recommend them.”

“I had to take my cat in for her booster, what can I say the reception staff were great, very friendly, Lilly the vet gave a full health check , suggested the pet health club, which seemed a great way to keep all my cat needs up to date, I will even get text messages to remind me when I have to treat her for fleas and worms, Lesley on reception signed me up to the club in less than ten minutes, great atmosphere would highly recommend. All the staff were very friendly”

“Very helpful staff, had to collect some Lateral flow tests. Staff explained you have to go online via a qr code to order, was able to do quickly (How does this help the non digital savvy or older generation though) and ask for my box. The shocking part was for the staff member pulling out a thick folder to manually track my code on paper and note the serial number on the box. Hats off for service as the rules have just changed for pharmacies handing out LFTs.”

“I watched on while Becs served an elderly lady with getting some photos printed. Absolutely brilliant customer service and such a lovely person to have on your staff. Becs also helped my friend out when the sticker printer broke. The problem couldn't be resolved but a pleasant customer experience nonetheless.”
