“Wow, first visit and it was just wonderful, from the lovely greeting by Amy, we when walked in the door, to the 2 treatments I had with Sinead and Liv. My facial with Sinead was just fantastic, came away feeling just incredible, such a wonderful lady too. Liv did my eyebrows and that was just super, such a sweet girl. The overall experience was fabulous, and we have already booked up for treatments in January. This salon is super gorgeous with the human factor and was warm, inviting and brilliantly friendly, never made you feel uncomfortable at all, and just incredibly normal! In all seriousness, the service and customer care are excellent. Hygiene/anti covid protocols are top notch, prices are fair and the products used are high quality. The salon has a very strong and loyal client basis. Put it this way, I would not go anywhere else in the UK for a facial, even if there were no pandemic and I were living outside the area. I would still go to this salon”

“I have been going to carol for a nearly 2 years for my gel nails , she has educated me on why my nails do certain things and has adapted what she uses so that my gels last longer. I always come to her with unique design to try out and she always comes through with amazing nails. She has recently completed her level 5 diploma in sports therapy and remedial massage, as I suffer from fibromyalgia I now come to her for my massages that I have every 2 weeks. She focuses on the areas that are in the most pain and I always feel so relaxed and refreshed afterwards and can always sleep a lot better! She’s great to have a chat with and always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during your treatments. Her prices are reasonable and she gives me multi-treatment discount would highly recommended.”

“Lucy did my hair and make up for my wedding and my bridesmaids’ make up and I cannot recommend her enough. Not only does she do incredible make up and hair, and really understand what you want, she makes you feel so relaxed all morning and is such a lovely person to have around! She kept us all on track with timings, organised our schedule and even managed to get us all ready early so we had more time for photos. The make up and hair lasted right the way through to midnight and I still felt amazing when I got home! I also had a lovely conditioning treatment with a lady whose name I did not catch. Nothing at any stage rushed - such attention to detail and care. I left feeling so pampered and chilled. On another note - this place should give lessons on providing a COVID-19 secure environment. They had a had tough task on me after lockdown, and Brooke did such a fantastic job on fixing it you'd never have known about the 5 inches of roots that was there before!
