“Excellent friendly service from Tom and Julie from start to finish. Facilities are top notch. Tom and I worked on a plan to tailor the performance of my Golf R to my exact requirements regarding gear changes, engine power delivery and exhaust note. I was given a tour of the facilities and shown the cars they were currently working on along with a description of the modifications being performed. Cars included a Mercedes Black, Porsche GT3 RS, Ferrari 599, 900hp Porsche turbo and a Race McLaren 650. My car was tuned in an hour and a half. Performance exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.”

You were the person who asked to have your vehicle recovered to Roxby Garage and asked us to carry out diagnostics on your vehicle, You also were called with the time that was required to diagnose your vehicle and the costings which you agreed. There was no extra cost added there was no additional fees, we found the issue with your car and explained the repair, for which you explained that you wanted to scrap the vehicle. you then rudely told us that you were not going to pay the outstanding balance that you had agreed to pay, and upset several members of our staff. you have now been black listed from Roxby Garage and several others in the area. next time you take your car in to have it looked at, don't expect it to be free.”

Last week I took an SLK in that had an issue no other garage could fathom out. Bursledon Motors identified the fault in no time and advised me on the best course of action. Customer service was great. If you have a Mercedes that is out of warranty, I wouldn't take your car anywhere else.”

“I’ve just started converting a Ford Transit Custom into a day van / camper and was looking for someone to install some rear seats for me. After discussing what I was after I asked them to put in the seats, a false floor, some flooring and two side windows (which I wasn’t brave enough to do myself). The work was excellent and completed quicker than I was expecting. However the best part of my experience dealing with Cobra Trim was Adam and Donna, who are very friendly and clearly have enormous pride in the work they do. Will be having more work done with them this year for sure.”
