He told me it was a fungal infection and saved me going down to the doctors by giving me cream to put on it and told me how to use it and now it’s gone. “Have used this store as my pharmacy for many years now. I am on a lot of different medications and my complex needs can often make it complicated. However, the staff are always professional, friendly and have no problem accommodating my medication needs. From the ladies who serve in store, to the pharmacy team, I’m always greeted and remembered which is lovely. I never have any problems with collecting my medication (atleast not because of them - usually a GP error) The shop itself is always clean and well stocked with knowledgable staff who are always willing to help. They could benefit from a bigger unit space to allow for the large number of people who use the store for both shopping and pharmacy, but of course that’s not down to the store themselves, as they work very well with the limited space they have.”

Uses electronic prescriptions so Doctors surgery can send prescription direct for you to pick up and they have the medication together waiting for you. Sales assistants are always polite and friendly. The chemist is also available for consultations in a private room. Lovely local chemist, and I have been loyal customer for 15 years because of the good service and friendly staff.”

The lead pharmacist David always goes way beyond what is expected and on many an occasion has lilterally been a life line in conjunction with my GP.
