“We visited very early evening at 5pm and the place was empty. This suited us fine as we were with our baby. The food was prompt and really tasty, best Japanese food we have had in a while. 15% discount as we ordered before 5 which was a bonus. Loads of orders going out for delivery so the kitchen was busy.”

“Just had the most amazing authentic Thai meal. For start I had the seafood fisherman's soup, it had perfectly soft squid, fresh mussels, King prawns, lemongrass and chilli, it was so delishus. Then I had a pork stir fry which was packed with flavour and lots of chilli! The owners are very nice people and clearly very hard working, I was well taken care of and even tho it was busy they had plenty of time to talk with me and have a laugh. Thanks for a great experience, I'll be back!”

“This is a collage restaurant where all the staff are training. The result of that is very attentive stuff who at times haven't got a clue what they are doing but are trying really hard and are lovely. This makes for a truly delightful atmosphere. The food is also at an incredibly discounted rate. I have a two course buffet meal every the food was easily worth £20 and paid only £10. Booking in advance is essential.”

“Finally took the time to visit Sala Thai and was really impressed! Had a dinner that was authentic Thai. Service was good from happy staff who took us through the menu's many options. Loved the prawns Gra-ree and the Masaman curry. Added to my list of places to go back to.”

“Came here to celebrate 7 years together, nice to go somewhere a bit fancy and this place has been on our list for a while! No issues with the £80 deposit, as unless you plan on not showing up then what's the problem. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. We went for the 5 course tasting menu and the food was great, lovely flavours and well presented. Small portions as is with this style of food, but at least that way you can enjoy the flavours of every course. Extensive selection of wines, maybe a little more expensive that I would expect, but more than enough to choose from. Overall I would thoroughly recommend coming here if you are looking for a nice dinner full of flavour. We would love to come again in a different season and try out what else they have to offer.”

“Before I go into how good the food I have to say how good the waiter (Kaito) was! He was funny and very welcoming, has to be one of the best waiters I have ever had! Now for the food! The temper king prawns where amazing and were one of the best I have had! The crispy chicken was amazing but not 100% sure on the sauce but was still really tasty! Last but not least the Coconut Mochi is so good, I would definitely recommend! All in all an amazing dining experience and it was fairly priced!”
