“This guy is amazing. I’ve never bought a second hand appliance so was a little sceptical but I couldn’t be happier. I rang up on Monday morning and was told they had no washer/dryers but one would be in later that day. I got a call and some photos at about 4pm and it was delivered by 10am the next day. Hotpoint washer/dryer for £179, delivery £10, installation and removal of old washer was another £10. I even get a small warranty. Will absolutely be using them again. Really really really good.”

“I called on a Monday for assistance to fit a 'cold feed splitter' to plumb in an American fridge freezer. It was booked for Thursday but was delighted to receive a call on Tuesday due to a rescheduled job, and they sorted it out for me and tidied up afterwards. Brilliant, would highly recommend.”

“Went in for 2 things, came out with a lot more. Nice big store, laid out nicely so everything flows round the aisles. lots to choose from, whatever you're after. Staff are approachable and quite helpful. There is plenty of parking. Only issue we had was to get to the entrance, due to its location,it can be confusing the first time you go, but it's worth time.”

“Engineer arrived on time . Explained my miele dishwasher was over 20years old so was not sure if it was repairable but would appreciate if he could repair whatever the problem was . Chap was brilliant he was able to repair my miele at a quarter of the cost of a miele engineer . Brilliant service and I will definitely be using on point again .”

“I visited Argos Sainsbury Portswood about 10am on Wednesday 7th April and was served by Sam who I have to say was absolutely brilliant. I was returning an item. One replacement was shown to be in stock but had not been put on the shelf it belonged. He bent over backwards to find the item and I returned home so happy. The other guy serving with a pony tail was also excellent. Great service by both.”

He fully explained your companies services and deals. He did not push any of the services just explained their benefits. We booked the repair for my duel fuel cooker. Considering this young man has been with your company for 2 weeks and it's his 2nd day in the phones he will be a definite asset to your team/company. Well done Tony! I mistakenly gave the wrong iPad model to Wayne so was pleasantly surprised when the bill came in around 20% less than quoted, plus he had put a new screen protector on free of charge. So another 5 stars on customer service for that alone. Highly recommended.”
