“I walked into Arcana today to book a keratin smoothing treatment and they sweetly fitted me in there and then and I was whisked upstairs for my treatment. Tori was so lovely, did a fantastic job and also educated me on sulphates and parabens in shampoo. Super useful stuff. She had a lovely helper, a young guy who very sweetly kept offering me drinks given it was so hot today. What a lovely team - I would recommend Arcana !”

“Best salon in Southampton! friendly staff which are always great to talk to. They will give you a refund if you’re not happy with what you have done and will fully satisfy you. I got 1ml lip filler for the first time so I thought they would look the way it does during the swelling but they were very small after a few days. I contacted them and they didn’t hesitate and told me to come again to see how she can get them to how I want. I was very happy with how it looked the second time, beautiful and painless. Definitely recommend this place”
