“We've booked meeting rooms several times at UBCUK Southampton for training and interviewing. The rooms are modern, light and airy, and fully equipped with everything you would need. An external lounge within the centre with drinks facilities and seating was perfect for candidates to wait in, and the central location made it very easy to everyone to get to. The prices were incredibly reasonable compared to other inferior rooms in Southampton. Sarah was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and so professional. We would definitely use UBCUK again.”

“Wonderful experience. Right from start till the end. We recommend booking them through their website as they give discounts for long stays. The contact is through message or call them directly. The flat has everything from cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, utensils in kitchen, sofa and a table for having food, TV, Wifi, and a good size comfortable bed. A good size bathroom. Peppa pig world is very near to the apartment. M3, M27 and other major roads are nearby. It is near Southampton university. Nearby there are good amount of takeaways in case you don't prepare food. There are good size of car parking at front and the back. Outside there is also a parking on road and can be parked on at night too.”

“I moved in during the midst of the Covid Pandemic when there are factors like social distancing, hygiene and public health safety to consider. Despite these challenges, the employees at 11 Brunswick Place, Southampton could not have been more accommodating and welcoming at such a stressful time. The arrival process was smooth from start to finish where Mandy, the manager, thought about every detail from how to lift all of my appliances and clothes in only one trip up to the seventh floor. She showed me around all the communal aspects of the accommodation, including essential places like the laundry and bin rooms. There is also a secure place to store your bike if you do decide to get about this way as a student. What I found most helpful was the mental wellbeing support I was shown from Mandy and the rest of the employees including the maintenance team. Having come from the furthest reaches of the North East of Scotland to the Southern depths of England, I was so glad to know there was someone I could talk to and share my anxieties about this change with. I went for the silver studio on a short term let and the people running the application process in Glasgow, on the phone, were also very accommodating given my last minute decision to move into my own space for the start of my course in early January. The studio itself is peaceful, cosy, easy to get around; the shower is hot and has a good pressure system (perfect for long days in my chair on virtual meetings), the cooking appliances work well with easy to operate switches, the cupboards are an ample size with plenty of room for food, cleaning storage etc., the beds have storage inside them which is also innovative for storing large amounts of luggage as a student. If you are a postgraduate student looking for somewhere to live in Southampton which is hassle free and covers all areas e.g. all inclusive, then Hello Student is the place to look. She patiently listened to the problem and realising the urgency of the situations, she immediately contacted the landlord who, in turn actioned fast. The process was smooth and we got the boiler fixed within two hours. My experience so far with Adriana has been amazing. She is a compassionate lady, always willing to help.”

“From the moment we arrived, this has been perfect:- Sandy had a baguette, butter, eggs and milk (we got in a bit late) waiting for us 'just in case we needed a bite'! The flat is beautiful, neat as a pin, georgous, fresh and clean with a sweet kitchen, large bathroom, cozy beds and did I mention the sheets are crisp cotton and smell yummy! the views out the windows are spectacular, we walked (100yards) to the Greyhound for a beer and dinner, shopped at the market , had breakfast at Coffee Darling then spent the day cruising/walking all over town. Sandy and Peter were great, right here if we needed them and very kind and helpful. I can only imagine we will be back! Thank you Sandy and Peter for jump starting our European Summer holiday!!”

“Stayed here cause it was near by to a friends house who we were visiting. From booking right through to after the stay, the host Samantha, was very helpful and efficient at replying to emails. The studio apartment we stayed in was lovely. Well equipped kitchen. Decor was modern and light and extremely clean. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very nice but the pressure seemed a little low. Not enough to put me off staying again though as in process of booking another stay. The apartment is right opposite a lovely pub that is not noisy at all in the evenings but worth a visit. There is also a convenience store (co op) next to the pub. The town centre is a short walk away (5 mins if that). Overall the place is lovely, host very helpful and local amenities very good. I would highly recommend a stay here!”
