“The location was very easy to get to which was lovely to be able to walk over for my massage. The bed was sturdy and had a wonderful feature that allows the the therapist to raise and lower it so I assume that could be helpful for many people. The massage itself was extremely tailored to me needs and taste. I’d definitely recommend booking here. I’ll be booking again next time I’m in town.”

The salon has a very strong and loyal client basis. Put it this way, I would not go anywhere else in the UK for a facial, even if there were no pandemic and I were living outside the area. “I have been going to carol for a nearly 2 years for my gel nails , she has educated me on why my nails do certain things and has adapted what she uses so that my gels last longer. I always come to her with unique design to try out and she always comes through with amazing nails. She has recently completed her level 5 diploma in sports therapy and remedial massage, as I suffer from fibromyalgia I now come to her for my massages that I have every 2 weeks. She focuses on the areas that are in the most pain and I always feel so relaxed and refreshed afterwards and can always sleep a lot better! She’s great to have a chat with and always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during your treatments. “This is the easiest 5 star review I will ever give. I actually look forward to going to Jackrabbits in Winnal. They deliver an awesome hair and beard style, but it’s so much more than that. The atmosphere is so chilled with genuinely friendly staff who become like a friend. The pride they take in their work is second to none, and they are never rushed making sure that you as a client are totally satisfied with their work. Oh and on top of that, you get free 'proper coffee' and free parking right outside. If you’re looking for a quick 10 minute cut, then go elsewhere. This place is so much more than that. Go and enjoy the experience, you won’t be disappointed.”

“As a person with ME/CFS, I can't recommend these physios enough. I've seen Mel who gave me exercises to help my feet and tight calves due to being mostly bed and chair bound, and Steph who has helped me with TMJ and muscle tension in my jaw. She even met me at the car and pushed me in in my wheelchair as I had no one who could attend with me. Unlike other physios who have left me in tears with their complete lack of understanding of ME/CFS, it was unbelievably refreshing to be heard and understood and not pushed to go beyond my baseline. Mel was up to date on the new NICE guidelines without me having to ask her to read them! And no one was pushing graded exercise therapy, they just helped me find ways to take care of me from where I'm at now. “Lovely modern physio practice. The receptionist was very warm and helpful when I rang to arrange an appointment. My initial consultation was thorough, professional and gave me the confidence to embark on the prescribed exercises to do at home. Exercises videos are delivered via an app and are specifically tailored for individual needs. In 2 weeks I felt a major difference in the pain I'd been experiencing in my knee. The subsequent soft tissue massage is continuing to give me more range of movement and diminishing pain.”

The advice I have been given is excellent and I even had the opportunity to have a private MRI scan which shed a lot of light on my condition. Care has been well tailored to match my needs and it is a mixture of teaching exercises and hands on manipulation. All the stuff who work there are excellent and their opening are brilliant for me as a teacher who cannot get a lot of time off work for appointments so the early morning and late evening appointments are great.”
